Senator Hoeven and Secretary Perdue will tour the Red River Valley Agriculture Research Center to see ongoing research efforts which are being conducted under U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS) and National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).
