Surface Transportation Board Public Hearing

The senator will lead off testimony at the Surface Transportation (STB) Board Public Hearing scheduled to address agriculture shipping delays and other rail service problems impacting North Dakota. Hoeven earlier this summer met with STB Chairman Daniel R. Elliott to stress the importance of improving rail service to the state and addressing agriculture rail shipment delays.
