Space Development Agency Director in Grand Forks

On Friday, May 21, Senator John Hoeven will host Dr. Derek Tournear, Director of the Space Development Agency, in North Dakota to review efforts to establish a satellite operations center in Grand Forks and discuss opportunities to link the satellite mission with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations in the Red River Valley. The visit will conclude with a media availability and announcement at the General Atomics hangar, located on the Grand Sky UAS Research and Development Park.
