Souris Heights Affordable Housing Dedication

MINOT, N.D. – On Thursday, August 17, Senator John Hoeven will mark the completion of Souris Heights, a 100 percent affordable housing facility for low-income tenants age 55 and up in Minot. The $14 million project was developed by Beyond Shelter and the Minot Housing Authority utilizing nearly $6.5 million in federal support, including $5.5 million in National Disaster Resiliency Competition (NDRC) funding that Hoeven worked to secure to support Minot’s flood recovery, which was key in moving this project forward.
