Red River Valley Flood Protection Update with ASA for Civil Works R.D. James

On Friday, November 1, Senator John Hoeven will hold a flood protection update in Fargo with Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) for Civil Works R.D. James, who oversees the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Hoeven, along with Governor Doug Burgum and local leaders from the Red River Valley, will outline progress on building the region’s comprehensive flood protection as well as the next stages of construction. Hoeven will hold a media availability with ASA James immediately following the meeting.
