Milton Earl Apartments Grand Opening

FARGO, N.D – On Wednesday, June 26, Senator John Hoeven will mark the grand opening of the Milton Earl Apartments, a $14 million, 42-unit affordable housing complex in Fargo that will serve tenants age 62 and older to improve their long-term housing stability. The project is made possible through a public-private partnership leveraging more than $5.4 million in federal funding from programs Hoeven has worked to secure as a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee. Hoeven’s support for these programs helped the project to secure nearly $9 million in private investment.
