Hoeven to Hold Meetings with VA Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs in Fargo and Bismarck

On Tuesday, November 23, Senator John Hoeven will hold meetings with Veterans Affairs (VA) Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs (USMA) Matthew Quinn in North Dakota. That morning, Hoeven and Quinn will visit the Fargo National Cemetery, followed by a stakeholder meeting to discuss efforts to improve the cemetery’s facilities to better serve veterans and their families. The meeting will conclude with a media availability.

That afternoon, Hoeven and Quinn will tour the North Dakota State Veterans Cemetery in Mandan and hold a roundtable with North Dakota National Guard (NDNG) leaders to discuss efforts to open eligibility for burial in state veterans’ cemeteries. The roundtable will conclude with media availability.
