Hoeven, BlueHalo to Outline Expansion of Company Operations, New Partnerships in North Dakota

EMERADO, N.D. – On Tuesday, March 18, Senator John Hoeven and representatives from BlueHalo will announce the expansion of the company’s operations to the Grand Forks region and new partnerships across a range of unmanned aircraft development, testing and operations in the state, including Project ULTRA. This will expand upon Hoeven’s efforts in Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 to secure funding to partner BlueHalo and Bismarck State College in support of the Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) Sky Range program at GrandSKY.
