FEMA Roundtable

Wendesday afternoon, Hoeven will hold a roundtable discussion with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Deputy Associate Administrator for Mitigation Roy Wright to receive an update on how the hazard mitigation funding has been used; the impact of the new flood plain maps and insurance rates; and to seek reassurance that the long-term flood protection project will ultimately take care of those that would fall into the new flood plain.
