ELAP Drought Relief Outline with FSA Administrator, Livestock Producer Groups

On Friday, September 10, Senator John Hoeven will hold a press conference with Farm Service Agency (FSA) Administrator Zach Ducheneaux, as well as representatives from the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association and the Independent Beef Association of North Dakota (I-BAND) and North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring, to outline the additional drought relief the senator worked to secure under the Emergency Assistance for Livestock Program (ELAP).
