Angels In Adoption Ceremony

Hoeven will recognize Rod and Tracey Belzer for their outstanding commitment to adoption. The senator selected the Belzers to receive the Angels in Adoption award which is given to selectees every year by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI).
