Ag Video Roundtable Discussion on COVID-19 Ag Assistance, Quality Loss Adjustment Program
On Thursday, January 14, Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, will hold a virtual roundtable with North Dakota agriculture producers, commodity groups and Farm Service Agency (FSA) officials to discuss the $13 billion in agriculture assistance that Hoeven secured in the recently-passed COVID-19 relief legislation. The senator will also outline the Quality Loss Adjustment (QLA) program, which was finalized last week and will help producers recover from losses due to natural disasters in 2018 and 2019.
