At 1:30 pm CT, Senator Hoeven will honor the military service of four North Dakota veterans. Hoeven will present military medals to Korean War veteran Douglas Beck and World War II veteran Trygve Knutson and the families of World War II veterans John Rodman and Arthur Heisler.
