13th Annual Great Plains and EmPower ND Energy Conference

Senator Hoeven will help host the 13th annual Great Plains and EmPower ND Energy Conference at Bismarck State College’s National Energy Center of Excellence. The senator will kick off the event by participating in an energy roundtable discussion with Senator Cramer and Governor Burgum. 

Hoeven will then join Governor Burgum and EPA Administrator Wheeler for the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to continue the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC). Immediately following, Hoeven, Burgum and Cramer will hold a media availability with Wheeler, who is serving as the conference’s keynote speaker.
