Hoeven Announces More Than $1.2 Million in Head Start Funding to TGU Schools

BISMARCK, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $1,206,929 to the TGU School District. This funding was made available through the Office of Head Start and will support efforts to provide educational services and resources to children from low-income families, helping to prepare them for school. 

“Head Start services provide vital resources to children and their families, and today’s grant from HHS will offer support to the region,” said Hoeven.
