Hoeven Announces Loan Guarantee to I.O.O.F. Retirement Village Group

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of Rural Development, has approved a loan guarantee of $2,385,000 to the I.O.O.F. Retirement Village Group, LP. Today’s award was made available through the Multi-Family Housing Loan program and will be used to acquire and renovate 78 units of housing in Devils Lake. 

“With this loan guarantee from USDA, I.O.O.F. Retirement Village Group will be able to make updates and housing improvements for its residents,” said Hoeven.
