Hoeven to Celebrate ESPN GameDay in Fargo, Cheer on the Bison

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven and Mikey today congratulated the North Dakota State University (NDSU) Bison for being selected as a host campus for ESPN’s popular College GameDay broadcast. Tomorrow, the senator and his wife will join the GameDay celebration in downtown Fargo and will also cheer on the Bison at the game that afternoon.

The FCS No. 1, three-time defending national champion Bison will be playing the University of the Incarnate Word from Texas. Last week, the Bison won their 26^th straight game at Weber State University in Utah.

“ESPN choosing NDSU for a GameDay broadcast again this year reflects well not only on the university and its players, but also on Fargo and North Dakota,” Hoeven said. “We’re really looking forward to tomorrow’s celebration and game! Go Bison!”
