Hoeven Statement on Tragic Shootings in Tucson

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sen. John Hoeven today issued the following statement in response to the tragic shootings of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and others in Tucson, Arizona yesterday:

“I am deeply saddened by the tragic events in Tucson, and extend my deepest sympathy to all who were injured and the families of those who were killed. During this difficult time, my thoughts and prayers are with Congresswoman Giffords, her family, and the families of all who were injured.”
