Hoeven Statement on Independence Day 2020

BISMARCK, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven today released the following statement in commemoration of our nation’s independence: 

“Mikey and I wish everyone a safe and happy Fourth of July. We live in the greatest country in the world and enjoy tremendous liberties and freedoms. Today as we honor the birth of our great country, we express our gratitude to our veterans, military members and their families for their service and sacrifice on our behalf. We are forever indebted to those who have given their lives on behalf of our nation and we remember them on Independence Day, and every day.”
