Hoeven Statement On Government Funding Extension

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today issued the following statement after voting against a continuing resolution to extend government funding. 

“We need to get back to regular order to pass the appropriations bills on an annual basis while reducing spending and funding our priorities,” said Hoeven. “I will continue to work to get us back to regular order and find ways to reduce our debt and deficit.”
