Hoeven: Remember Sacrifices, Service of Men and Women In Uniform on Memorial Day

            BISMARCK, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven, who will pay tribute to our nation’s fallen soldiers in ceremonies at the All Veterans Memorial and the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery on Monday, issued the following statement today in observance of Memorial Day:

            “Our men and women in uniform serve our nation with courage and devotion.  On Memorial Day especially, we honor these brave heroes, foremost those who have lost their lives defending our freedoms.  Our thoughts and prayers are with our fallen soldiers and their loved ones.  We will always remember their commitment to country and their sacrifices to ensure our freedoms.”
