Hoeven: Prairie Public Radio Deserves Our Heartfelt Appreciation
BISMARCK, ND – Senator John Hoeven today issued the following statement on the 30th anniversary of Prairie Public radio:
“Prairie Public radio has been a staple on North Dakota dials for three decades. For more than half of my life, I’ve been able to tune into Dave Thompson’s radio broadcasts and have access to quality reporting on local and national events. As programming expanded over the years, Prairie Public has offered a broad range of news coverage and perspectives from all corners of our state. In North Dakota, Prairie Public has an important place in our communications culture, and I’m happy to see it so successfully reach this milestone. Dave Thompson and the rest of the Prairie Public team deserve our heartfelt appreciation for the service they offer the state. Congratulations, Prairie Public.”
