Hoeven Joins Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing at Celebration of 30th Anniversary and Expansion of Its Dickinson Facility

DICKINSON, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven today joined Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing (KMM), as well as state and local officials, at a celebration of KMM’s 30th anniversary and of the grand opening of an expansion of its facility in Dickinson.

“Today we celebrate the hard work and innovation that has characterized the work of KMM and its employees over the last 30 years, and there is no more fitting way to celebrate this important anniversary than with the grand opening of an expansion of KMM’s Dickinson facility,” said Hoeven. “With the added capabilities this expansion provides, KMM can continue to meet the needs of its customers while also expanding their operations and creating new products and opportunities. North Dakota continues to grow in our work with aviation research and development, whether through work of companies like KMM or with our unmanned aerial systems work. This work has been helped by the pro-growth business environment in our state, and we will continue to work to create jobs and a strong economy.”

KMM manufactures aviation parts and products for companies like Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. Their Dickinson facility houses the Tier One wire harness assembly for the production of the P-8A, 737, 777 and F-15 aircraft.
