Hoeven: HHS Awards More Than $1 Million to Support Head Start Programs in North Dakota
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, who serves on the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Administration for Children and Families/Office of Head Start has awarded $1,075,791 to TGU Towner School District #60. The funds will be used to support the school district’s Head Start and Early Head Start Programs.
“It’s important to ensure that all children have access to the services they need to grow into productive, thriving adults,” Hoeven said. “Today’s grant will provide TGU School District #60 with the funding it needs to do just that.”
