Hoeven at Air Force Promotion Ceremony

Senator John Hoeven pins a new rank on U.S. Air Force Senate Liaison Lt. Col. Sean Boles. Hoeven presided over the ceremony promoting Boles from Major to Lieutenant Colonel, along with Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Air Force Maj. Gen. Alfred Flowers. Boles is the principal Air Force liaison with the Senate Armed Services, Budget and Appropriations Committees. Hoeven serves on the Appropriations Committee.
