Hoeven Announces Research Funding to University of North Dakota
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the National Institute on Aging, has awarded $1,230,093 to the University of North Dakota (UND). This new funding will be used to support research regarding aging as a risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease.
“This new grant will help support important research opportunities at UND by examining risk factors associated with aging,” said Hoeven.
