Hoeven Announces More Than $775,000 Substance Abuse Grant to UND
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has awarded $775,294 to the University of North Dakota (UND). The funds will be used to support mental health and substance abuse services.
“Supporting mental health and substance abuse services will help us address the challenges associated with substance abuse, including opioid abuse, facing our state and region,” Hoeven said.
