Hoeven Announces More Than $1.8 Million in Head Start Funding for Stutsman County Region

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Administration for Children and Families’ (ACF) Office of Head Start has awarded $1,871,473 to Community Action Region VI to support Head Start services in Stutsman County and the surrounding region.  

“Today’s funds will help ensure that Head Start continues to be available for children and families in Jamestown and nearby communities, providing access to valuable early learning resources as well as health and wellness services,” said Hoeven.
