Hoeven Announces Funding to North Dakota Workers Affected by Foreign Trade
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has awarded $195,922 to the State of North Dakota. Today’s grant was made available through the Trade Adjustment Assistance Program at DOL and will be used to support job training as well as employment and case management services to eligible workers affected by foreign trade.
“This funding will support eligible North Dakota workers, and provide them with important job training and employment services,” said Hoeven.
