Hoeven Announces Funding for UND Center for Rural Health
BISMARCK, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), has awarded $2,500,000 to the University of North Dakota (UND). This funding will be used for the UND Center for Rural Health’s Rural Health Information Hub (RHIhub), formerly known as the Rural Assistance Center (RAC), and their efforts to provide rural health services and information to residents in rural North Dakota.
“Today’s funding will aid the UND Center for Rural Health and the vital services and information it provides in rural communities across North Dakota,” said Hoeven.
