Hoeven Announce DOT Grant Totaling Nearly $3 Million for Fargo Airport
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, who serves on the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Federal Aviation Administration has awarded $2,940,000 to the City of Fargo Municipal Airport Authority. The funding will be used to rehabilitate Taxiway A3 and Taxiway T.
“Hector Airport serves thousands of North Dakotans and people from around the country and the world each year, and it’s important to invest in infrastructure projects that will help to ensure pilot and passenger safety,” Hoeven said. “Today’s grant will do just that by supporting upgrades to Taxiway A3 and Taxiway T.”
